Proposal Description

To ensure smooth on-chain governance operations for RingDAO on Tally, it is proposed to fund the RingDAO Treasury with 20,000,000 RING. This will provide sufficient operational budget for future governance proposals, supporting the ongoing development and execution of community-driven decisions.

Proposal Objectives

1.	Ensure sufficient funds for RingDAO’s on-chain governance proposals on Tally.
2.	Enhance the efficiency and success rate of on-chain governance processes to better serve community decision-making.

Implementation Details

•	Amount to Fund: 20,000,000 RING
•	Source of Funds: RingDAO’s current on-chain reserves or relevant budget allocation
•	Purpose: To cover the costs associated with creating and executing on-chain proposals on Tally

Expected Outcomes

•	Support uninterrupted governance proposal operations on-chain.
•	Ensure efficient governance processes and avoid delays or disruptions due to insufficient funding.
